Course Curriculum

Day 1: Thoracolumbar Spine

Theory:
Imaging & injury mechanisms • TL disc disease • Instrumentation • Hemi/mini-hemilaminectomy & corpectomy • Fixation & implants

Lab:
Mini-hemilaminectomy & corpectomy (T12–T13) • TL fixation – T13–L1 pedicle screws Clinical case discussion + day summary

Day 2: Lumbosacral Spine

Theory:
LS disease overview • Laminectomy & disc fenestration • Minimally invasive & endoscopic future • Trauma & implants • 3D-printed drill guides

Lab:
LS decompressive procedures • LS implant positioning & stabilisation Clinical case discussion + day summary

Day 3: Cervical Spine

Theory
Cervical disc disease • Ventral slot vs hemilaminectomy • Cervical trauma & implants • Spondylomyelopathy techniques

Lab:
Ventral slot • C1–C2 atlantoaxial stabilisation • C5–C6 CSM implant positioning Course summary & closing
